Role of Sunil Joshi in Gift city

GIFT City is India’s first operational Smart City and IFSC in India. A member of the leadership Team at GIFT City, as President Business Operations, I am responsible for the ‘lifecycle of the customer’ in the City with direct responsibility of ICT, Business Development and Town Management Services departments for GIFT City. The City’s development requires focus on services orientation, operational efficiency, infrastructure development, technology deployment and broad market engagement and coverage.

Results delivered:

  • Closed largest deal(s) in GIFT City’s history
  • Market segmentation for greater market coverage and realignment of Business Development
  • Application of technology to differentiate and improve City services (include SAP HEC etc)
  • Cleared commencement of major delayed developments across City
  • Transitioned entire City applications and storage from in-premise to Cloud infrastructure
  • >20% reduction of costs and improved Town Service levels for Cx
